NORTHPOINT ROOMS - FISKARDO AREA, Kefalonia | Escape to Greece

NorthPoint Rooms 1953 is located in a small village called Markandonata situated in the northern part of the Ionian island of Kefalonia close to the picturesque fishing port of Fiskardo situated about 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find a large array of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a pharmacy, a post-office and two supermarkets.
Eblisis Bay - this lovely beach is situated about 8 minutes drive from the Markandonata in the direction of Fiskardo.

NorthPoint Rooms is a unique, secluded and peaceful property consisting of six rooms set in three separate buildings within a beautifully planted walled garden.
There is a small swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun-loungers.

It has an outdoor eating area and breakfast kitchen where a largely continental breakfast is presented daily.
NorthPoint Rooms can be rented individually or the property can be hired in its entirety for a large family or group. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted unless the property is rented as a whole.

Building 1 'S & S':
It stands alone and provides two levels, there is a king size bed on top, a lounge area and a private terrace on the ground floor. The bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower.
Building 2: 'Annika' and 'Haris':
This is a two-storey building consisting of two very well appointed rooms of approximately 45 sqm each. They both have their own terrace areas and comfortable and spacious bathrooms with large walk in showers.
Building 3: 'Evdokia', 'Efrosini' and 'Stefania':
The two smaller rooms on the lower level consist of 20 sqm of living space. They each have a king size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms have their own terrace area with seating.
The room on the upper level of building 3 is an attic room of about 40 sqm, once again with a bathroom and walk-in shower and a spacious terrace with far reaching, mainly green views towards the sea.

USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY
Breakfast: A largely continental breakfast will be served between 8 and 11 each morning.
You will have a choice of fruits, breads, pastries, spreads, cereals, eggs and more traditional
Greek offerings.

Housekeeping will take place between 10.00-13.00 each day; towels and sheets are changed once during a week?s stay. This will take place on the third or fourth day of you stay.
Swimming Pool is available for use from 08-22:00. (DO NOT DIVE as the pool is very shallow and you could do yourself serious harm).
There is no lifeguard present at any time.
