This newly constructed villa (opened in June 2019) is built in the famous Cycladic architecture yet decorated in a modern minimalist style with a relaxing, clean color palette. The villa's 1604 square feet (149 m2) of living space exude contemporary luxury. In the main floor open plan living and dining room, white walls, large doors and windows connect the decorated with paintings interiors to a quiet, dreamy private terrace with built-in sofas and an outdoor heated pool. The villa has three bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower, towel heater radiators, hairdryers, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries. Two of the bedrooms open to private balconies with beautiful sea and village view. Alchemy Luxury villa can accommodate 6 guests and another 2 guests can sleep comfortably on pull out sofa in the living room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make you feel like home. Hi-tech appliances, including fridge, induction hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and nespresso machine.
