On the upper floor, there is one more bedroom with its private bathroom and sea view terrace. The villa is surrounded by uncommonly large, private terraces and patios with outdoor dining and sitting areas, directly facing the magnificent Aegean Sea and the wonderful Cycladic sunsets.

The Studio Kea (approx. 45 sq. m.) is lying next to Villa Delos and features one double bedroom, one kitchenette and one bathroom with rainfall shower. A glass room floods the living – dining area with light and provides a calming area to relax embracing the Cycladic nature in all its glory. The studio is surrounded by private terraces, directly facing the magnificent Aegean Sea and the Cycladic sunsets.

It features one double bedroom, an open plan living room in harmony with the raised level of the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with rainfall shower. Two large sofa beds in the living room can accommodate up to two more people. The villa is surrounded by uncommonly large, private terraces and patios with outdoor dining and sitting areas, directly facing the magnificent Aegean Sea and the wonderful Cycladic sunsets.

The villa can be ideally combined with the adjoining Studio Kea to provide excessive comfort and privacy to the family members.
