The villa has an amazing living room for all the guests to enjoy. It also has a fully equipped kitchen.

OUTDOORS

Outside the house has stunning views for its guests to enjoy. There also is a private swimming pool and a barbeque area.

The impressively decorated and designed villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons and features two bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed, whereas the open-type loft bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double. The kitchen is hewn in rock, just like the olden days, and fully equipped – as it must be today! There is also a bathroom with a shower, as well as a dining area.

The Villa is surrounded by carefully tended plants and flowers, and the fenced outdoors feature a large swimming pool with a relaxing view of the sea, a built BBQ, an outdoors dining area and an outdoors living room with a built sofa. There is, of course, a parking area as well.

The living room features a sofa-bed for a fifth guest, and the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. There is also a stone-built BBQ outdoors!

The Villa’s front balcony features a 4m x 2.30m Swim Spa, which, combined with the amazing view, offers a unique relaxing experience! A Swim Spa combines the best features of a Spa and a swimming pool, essentially allowing you to swim against a continuous stream of water – you never “hit the wall”!

The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen along with a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and dining area and a bathroom with shower.

The top floor (attic) offers two bedrooms one with double bed and one more with two single beds as well as a second bathroom with bathtub.

Jessica Luxury Villa offers three bedrooms in the main villa – and they aren’t just rooms in which to sleep. Each has its own private bathroom; two bedrooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed each, whereas the third features two single beds (which of course can be combined into a queen-sized one). Two extra fold up beds can be added. One bedroom is master, with its bathtub having a whirlpool option.

Now, it is time to step outside, to the fantastic veranda which offers many possibilities of recreation and culinary indulgence – there is a grill, a built BBQ (sheltered, with a wood oven), a kitchen, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and a dining table.Of course, there is the swimming pool – a marvelous spectacle of unique luxury, daily tended and cleaned, offering full privacy and a wooden platform with a table.

Finally, the best way to savor nature’s products is directly from their source, and Jessica Luxury Villa offers you this as well: a garden with season vegetables for its guests!

The ground floor features two bedrooms, equipped with two single beds each. There are also two bathrooms with a shower. The living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen are all combined into a comfortable, single space, with a fireplace and, of course, the combination of stone walls and the pitched wooden roof – a style prevalent in Villa Daniella. There is also a double sofa-bed.

Walking up the stairs to the attic, the guests will find the third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and a cozy feeling!

Villa Daniella’s fenced outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation, recreation and meals, as there is a private swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, a built BBQ and a sheltered outdoor dining area.

The first floor features an attic master suite with a king-sized bed, a small living room, an en-suite bathroom and a veranda which enjoys a great view of the surrounding area and the sea. There is also an office with a PC and a printer. All four bathrooms are equipped with showers.

Three of the bedrooms offer double beds whereas the third bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined into one double.

Breakfast items are provided so that the guests can prepare their own breakfast and cleaning is daily.

On the ground floor, one can find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and the dining area, as well as the other two bedrooms, one equipped with a single bed and the other with a semi-double and a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and both bedrooms have access to a balcony.

Stepping outside, one will find the outdoor dining table with the relaxing view of the surrounding area, as well as the built BBQ, which is ready to be used for meal preparation! Among the plane trees, there is an old stone tank (4m x 3m) that can be used for swimming. It contains natural water which originates from the mountain and is steadily 18ο C (64.4ο F). The tank is 1.50-1.60 meters deep and is cleaned on a daily basis.

There is also the chapel of Agioi Theodoroi, which was built in 1340 and used to be an old abbey. It contains the holy relic of the finger of St. Theodoros of Tyron.

The Villa Kanalos’s appealing surroundings will certainly tempt you to spend more time outside, whether preparing meals at the BBQ, savoring them outside, or simply relaxing and gazing at the stunning view.

The first floor features three bedrooms, one with a double bed overlooking the pool, another with a double bed overlooking the mountain and one more with 2 single beds overlooking the pool. There are also two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of them also features a hydro massage, a living room, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and piano.

On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bar stocked with drinks, a dining table, WC, a gym area which includes a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a multi gym machine and accessories such as ball, elastic band and mattress as well as large floor to ceiling glass doors that lead to the swimming pool.

Air conditioning and WiFi internet access are available throughout the villa.

The built BBQ with the sheltered outdoor dining area offer a unique chance to prepare tasty foods and enjoy them by the pool and the Ionian Sea.

The residence itself offers two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well a fully equipped kitchen. There is an additional built BBQ.

Drallos Luxury Villa offers its guests a magnificent swimming pool which measures a whopping 86 sq.m., reaching 2.40m in depth. There is a whirlpool function, and the pool is surrounded with sun beds, parasols and an outdoor shower.
